I am enjoying this process of going through the archives of my photos and discovering all over again some of my favorite images, as well as those that I never have seen before. I am curious to know what you may think. Below the last photo is a space for you to leave a comment. I would appreciate any suggestions or feedback. Thank you!

Somewhere along the coast of the Bay Area. Time and again I have been fortunate to come to this area in California and visit family.

The meat market area in Padua, Italy. Not a place I hung out in, since my palate over the years has veered more to a vegetarian lifestyle.

Arcella, Italy. The the woman’s left and in the distance is a statue of Saint Christopher that has a brief cameo in the prologue of my memoir, Lost in Language.

Padua, Italy. In front of the train station.

Boise, Idaho. I remember my niece was parking her car so we could have a mound of pancakes at her favorite breakfast restaurant.

Ocala, Florida. The banal and the banal. Modern budget friendly architecture decorated by pedestrian politically-correct sculpture. Where’s David’s ass, I ask myself.

Balneario Camborui, Brazil. A swanky monolithic resort town I knew nothing about until arrived.

Miami, Florida. Not so impressed with this town after experiencing some of the most beautiful beaches in the world in other countries.

The streets of Vietnam.

Da Nang, Vietnam. No matter what country, little girls want to be princesses.

The Streets of Vietnam.

One of my hangouts in Dan Nang, Vietnam.

Exact Date Unknown. Arcella, Italy. Showed up in my 2013 file for this day… but I was not in Italy then. However, I love this photo.
