This collection again is one of hits and misses. Some of these years had scarce photos to choose from. And probably as I went through the process of choosing from other years, an overabundance of photos led me to just pick some that were fleeting impressions that grabbed me; maybe not the best those years had to offer.

2015 Padua, Italy. Night photography for iPhones is a challenging compromise. You don’t want to miss the moment, but have to accept the resulting quality. I don’t mind my photos looking a bit grainy and rough.

2016 Arcella, Italy. I think in later years, this tree was taken down.

2017 Cafe Arcella, Italy. I realize in this retrospective of days and years, I spent a lot of time at this cafe. A cappuccino, a brioche, and my laptop.
